Comeya is a conceptual Japanese rice ball and craft beer restaurant. The name "Come," pronounced "Ko-may" in Japanese, means rice, and "ya" means store, so that the shape of the logo was taken from the Chinese character which means rice. The Chinese character for rice, "米," also happens to refer to the United States in Japanese. All the materials and patterns were inspired by the shape of rice balls and ingredients such as seaweed.
